YOUR CONDITIONING

Half of the workout revolves around a faster paced, weight-lifting-based circuit and/or high intensity interval training (HIIT) using different modalities of conditioning. You’ll burn calories, exercise your lungs and heart, and grow your capability with a combination of speed, endurance, mobility, stability, and agility movements.

YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING

Half of the workout revolves around the LIFT OF THE DAY—a single specific muscle group emphasis that is slowly paced to ensure adequate rest, challenging weight, and appropriate volume. You’ll have time to practice movements and progress gradually to ensure safe and efficiently performed strength training.

YOUR DEMONSTRATION

Your LivWel Trainer will demonstrate the movements and skills specific to your workout and educate you on the proper form and techniques to ensure you leave with a better understanding of your capabilities.

YOUR WARM UP

Get your blood flowing with a 5-minute dynamic warm up focusing on mobility and priming the muscles specific to the work you’re about to slay.
