I've lost 70 lbs since joining LivWel in April 2023. The before photo was taken 3 months after I joined. Thanks to DJ & Amanda's programming & nutrition advice I was able to lose body fat and maintain my muscle mass! I struggled to run 3 minutes and suffered from back pain. Now, I can squat 315 lbs & deadlift 365 lbs PAIN FREE and I ran my first half marathon in March 2024! I can say for a fact without all the coaches at LivWel I wouldn't be where I am today.

I've worked parts of my body I didn't realized mattered to work out. Learning proper form has giving me a better understanding of my body.
