You and your squad arrive for your session ready to sweat with proper attire, footwear, and probably a towel if you plan to SEND IT.

YOUR WARM UP

Get your blood flowing with a 5-minute dynamic warm up focusing on mobility and priming the muscles specific to the work you’re about to slay.

YOUR DEMONSTRATION

Your LivWel Trainer will demonstrate the movements and skills specific to your workout and educate you on the proper form and techniques to ensure you leave with a better understanding of your capabilities.

YOUR STRENGTH TRAINING

Half of the workout revolves around the LIFT OF THE DAY—a single specific muscle group emphasis that is slowly paced to ensure adequate rest, challenging weight, and appropriate volume. You’ll have time to practice movements and progress gradually to ensure safe and efficiently performed strength training.

YOUR CONDITIONING

Half of the workout revolves around a faster paced, weight-lifting-based circuit and/or high intensity interval training (HIIT) using different modalities of conditioning. You’ll burn calories, exercise your lungs and heart, and grow your capability with a combination of speed, endurance, mobility, stability, and agility movements.

Every LIFT class will conclude with a cool down stretch to promote recovery and show your new gainz some love!

I don’t think there is any way to express how much coach Dj has helped to transform my my life, lifestyle and body. I was always very insecure and barely wanted to be out in public. I’ve lost nearly 50 lbs, gained muscle and tone, and confidence. I’m more active again and I feel far more healthy. Coach DJ is amazing. Training with DJ at LivWel Strength & Conditioning is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. DJ brings a vast array of experience and knowledge to the table, and helps me apply it in ways that far surpass any other training program or gym membership I previously had. His passion and enthusiasm for what he does, paired with his commitment to the success of his clients is truly unparalleled.
